Here's an overview of our strategic web development and marketing process:

Planning Phase

• Initial meeting to learn about your organization, do a situational analysis and discuss goals.

• We'll conduct market research and make suggestions for your site.

• Your site will be constructed with techniques that ensure a consistent look and function on older as well as the newest versions of web browsers.  In addition, it will meet basic accessibility guidelines to make it useable for people with disabilities (learn more about this in the Accessibility section - search engines just love accessible pages!).  Your site will go through various testing with validation tools and  users.

• You will have the opportunity to view and make minor revisions.

Implementation Phase

• Your website goes live!  (We can help you arrange for a hosting service if you're just starting out.)

• You get a press release to publicize your new site.

• Your site gets submitted to major search engines and directories that do not charge a fee.

• We make sure you know how to access inquiries and visitor statistics generated from the site.

Control Phase

• Measure and evaluate the results.

• Accentuate the positive aspects and revise areas that are not effective.

• Site updates and maintenance.

• Plan for future enhancements.

Rates

The rate is $300.00 per page with a six page minimum.  This includes the items in the planning and implementation phases (listed above) for a standard site in which you provide the content and photos.  We are glad to do minor editing of copy and optimizing of photos for the Web.

NEW! New websites also get the following for FREE:

• Privacy Page (A must for a website's credibility, search engines look for this, too.)

• Site Map (Make it easy for visitors - and search engines - to get through your site!)

• A Custom 404 Error Page (If someone has the wrong address for a page in your site, they'll get helpful links to get to the page they want. Definitely preferrable to the standard 404 File Not Found page served up by most websites. Go to http://suskiwebdesign.com/oops for an example.)

• Favicon (The great icons that appear in a visitor's Favorites Folder when they bookmark your site. Bookmark my site (CTRL + D) to see for yourself!)

We charge $75.00 per hour plus expenses for additional services such as shooting digital photos, rewriting large amounts of content, and providing marketing assistance.

The above rates are to be used as a guide.  Because each website is unique, we present a detailed proposal with timelines and rates.  Referrals are important to Suski Web Design, and your satisfaction is our top priority.
